About Me

Hi, I’m Weiwei Lin, a front-end developer with a strong foundation in computer science and a passion for creating clean, user-friendly web applications. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, where I built a solid technical background in programming and software development.

After graduation, I developed a strong interest in front-end engineering, focusing on JavaScript and React to build interactive, responsive interfaces. Recently, I‘ve been expanding my skills with Next.js for full-stack applications and earned the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, which strengthens my understanding of modern cloud technologies.

Beyond coding, I value great user experiences. To complement my technical skills, I completed Google’s UX Design Certificate courses, which help me design products that are not only functional but also intuitive and visually engaging. I’m also exploring Python for backend development, aiming to grow as a more versatile developer.

I enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and turning ideas into working products. Some of my recent projects include a fitness tracking app built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase, where I focused on smooth UI interactions and data-driven features.
